The vision network we use is America’s premier eye care network of over 12,000 provider locations.

With our program, members receive: 

1. Exceptional Cost Savings on Prescription Eye Glasses & Contact Lenses: Members can save up to 60% on prescription glasses, including frames, lenses and specialty items such as scratch-resistant coatings and ultraviolet protection. Savings can range between 40% and 60% but never less than 20%. There is no limit on eye ware selection or the number of times you can use the program.

2. Exceptional Cost Savings on Medical Eye Care: If you need a medical or surgical eye care procedure, you could save up to 70% of usual and customary fees. Members can save 20% to 60% on other vision corrective surgery’s (RK, Excimer Laser and Lasik) and cosmetic surgery (CO 2 Laser skin resurfacing and eyelid surgery) as well.

3. Exceptional Cost Savings on Designer Sunglasses (Mail-Order): You can also save an average of 20% to 60% on brand name sunglasses such as Revo, Ray-Ban, Seregengeti, Vaurnet, Laura Biagiotti, Dakota Smith, Christina Dior and Carrera

How to use:

Show your ID card to the Provider’s assistant each time you visit the provider.

To access the vision network: View the provider list online or call the Member Services number indicated on your ID card. The customer service representative will request your name, group number, membership number and zip code. Once your information is confirmed, you will be provided with the names and telephone numbers of participating vision locations in your community.

Important:  Identify yourself as an ECI Vision member when making an appointment with a participating provider.

Note: Our vision program is NOT insurance. It is a member reduced-fee-for-service program that provides discounts at certain providers. In order to receive the special pricing, you must pay in full at the time of service and verify that the provider is an active participant of our vision network.
